In this week's Healthy Hacks we show you how make a healthier (but still dang delicious) version of your favourite childhood snack – chocolate crackles. This treat was so simple to shop for (we picked up our ingredients from Paddy's Markets) and quick to prep (just a few seconds work before you pop them in the fridge).

2/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup cacao
1/3 cup rice malt syrup
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
4 cups whole grain puffed rice
1/4 cup dried goji berries, plus extra for garnish
Sift cocoa powder into a bowl with the coconut oil and whisk well to combine.
Add rice malt syrup to the oil and cocoa mixture and whisk.
Stir in the dedicated coconut, puffed rice and goji berries.
Spoon the mixture into individual cupcake patties, garnish with extra goji berries and chill in the fridge for one hour before serving.
