The 53-year-old recently took to Instagram to share images of her insanely shredded core in her regular #FitnessFriday series. The actor, who was already in amazing shape, revealed that one of her goals for an upcoming role was to achieve "ripped abs".
"There’s no better feeling than setting a goal and smashing it," she wrote in the caption. "I finally got them, and it feels unbelievable!"
On her Instagram Stories, the star and her personal trainer Mubarak Malik shared more details on what it took to get her six pack and it was no easy feat. Malik revealed that Berry trains for four hours every day and follows a combination of the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting.

She also shared a brief workout video, which featured three rounds of kettle bell workouts, including kettle bell squat presses, swings and lifts and lunges.
"Set the BAR higher than you think, share your goal in the comments and HOLD yourself to it," Berry added. "The work won’t be easy, but that pay off? Worth every damn second."
While that's some serious motivation to get sweating, it's important to remember that her methods aren't always attainable for us mere mortals.
Even Malik – who is the Director of Performance for the New York Knicks – describes her as a "top-level" athlete.
