It’s no surprise that Hailee Steinfeld is big on ab workouts - her six-pack could have been sculpted by the gods it’s so darn defined. But when she recently admitted she does THOUSANDS of sit-ups per day, we had questions… Heaps of questions. Like, how is that even possible?
In a recent appearance on The Kelly Clarkson show to promo her new flick Dickinson, the convo turned to fitness routines. And when the American Idol star shared a throwback pic of Hailee’s insanely ripped core, the 22-year-old spilled her secret:
“Are you just doing 3000 crunches a day?” Kelly asked jokingly. To which Hailee replied matter-of-factly: “Every day, 3000 is the number.”
Three-bloody-thousand. Just let that sink in.

Apparently, she keeps motivated by placing things she wants (e.g. wine) in front of her. Plus, her dad Pete is a trainer, so he keeps Hailee on track with reaching her fitness goals too.
"He knows what he has to do to get me there," she said.
