It’s official: George and Amal Clooney have mastered the art of parenting.
On a recent long-haul flight from the US to the UK, the high-profile couple handed out noise-cancelling headphones to their first-class co-passengers.
The reason for their generosity? To pre-empt any issues with their six-month-old twins, Ella and Alexander.
According to US Weekly, the considerate gift was also accompanied by a note which read: “Our twins just discovered squawking. Hope this helps make the flight a little quieter.”
But turns out the freebies weren’t necessary after all.
Speaking with Page Six, a source revealed that the passengers – who included the likes of Hollywood heavyweight Quentin Tarantino – weren’t bothered at all during the trip.
“The babies didn’t make a peep!” they added.
However, the gesture comes as no surprise. Back in September, the actor explained that he and his wife were hyper-aware of the scrutiny their kids would be faced with because of their parents' celebrity status.
“We figured these kids are going to be looked at a lot and watched and [have their] every move sort of judged,” he told Entertainment Tonight.
“We wanted them to at least have a break with the names. So we looked for some sort of normal names.”
