There’s no ifs or buts about it; Gal Gadot is fit AF. 

Sure, she’s a Hollywood actress, so it’s kinda her job to stay in shape. But as anyone who’s ever tried (and failed) to eat clean 100 per cent of the time will tell ya, it ain’t easy.

Which begs the question: what’s her secret?

Lucky for us, the 33-year-old has kindly dropped some insights on Insta. And as it turns out, her healthy habits start from the get-Gadot (soz, couldn’t resist).

For brekkie, Gal fuels up with a serve of porridge made with rolled oats. Which, FYI, is an excellent source of important vitamins, minerals and dietary fibre and has been found to protect against cancer, help combat heart disease and reduce cholesterol, too.

Next up, Gal chows down on a selection of fruit (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and a sliced banana, to be exact). But if you’re worried about the carb/sweetness factor, don’t be – these choices are low in sugar and packed with antioxidants.

And as for her coffee order? She likes a long black. Fittingly, research shows LB’s can improve physical performance, boost your metabolism and help you give 100 per cent during a sweat sesh (coz, energy).
