1. Relief Run
When: Friday 17, Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 January, 2020
Former Survivor Australia star and ultra marathon runner Samantha Gash, along with entrepreneur Nic Davidson, have created Relief Run – a global virtual run you can take part in any time and anywhere. All entry fees go to the Australian Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery Fund. So far, more than 10,000 people from 65 countries have signed up. "The Relief Run is an inclusive, positive movement anyone can take part in," Samantha told Women's Health. "You can walk it, run it, do it on the elliptical or even on a treadmill. It all counts! There are 21.1km options (which you can split with a friend) or 5km options.” Sign up here.
2. Bushfire Bootcamp Appeal
When: Saturday January 18, 2020
Where: Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, Gold Coast, Perth
Fitness pro Sophie Guidolin has recruited a stellar line-up of trainers including Rachel Dillon, Ali Oetjen and Revie Jane to lead exercise bootcamps around the country. 3. Barre Body 20/20 Challenge
When: From Monday January 20, 2020
Kickstart the new year by challenging yourself to 20 Barre Body classes. Not only do you also get daily tips on things like sleep, meditation and nutrition, but all profits from the challenge will go to the Salvation Army Bushfire Appeal. 4. Natural health consultations
When: Monday January 13 until Saturday January 25, 2020
Where: Wellnation Clinics in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane

5. Burpees For Bushfires

They may not be our favourite move, but how can you say no to burpees for a seriously important cause?
