The past year has been my biggest yet. TIFFXO has gone from strength to strength, my son has started to walk and talk, and I gave a TEDx talk about how we should ‘bounce forward’ instead of ‘back’ after having a baby, which has had a powerful response!
My workout philosophy has changed over time. When I was an athlete, it was all about training hard, being incredibly competitive and pushing my body to the limits. I’m grateful, as it taught me resilience. But now as a mum in my 30s, I work out to feel amazing and so every minute and rep counts. If I can only squeeze in 10 minutes, it’s worth it because I know I’ll feel better after.
If I had a Netflix show, my theme song would be Grown Woman by Beyoncé. It speaks to me on a level about realising your childhood dreams and then finding the confidence to go on to help others realise their dreams.
The best comments I receive on Instagram are when people thank me for being ‘real’, in a sea of Photoshop. Any comment where I’ve inspired someone warms my heart. It’s why I do what I do!
