We don’t know how she manages to still look so flawless in the midst of a workout like this—or make doing a high kick look so easy—but we’re impressed.
The 41-year-old has talked about her disciplined workout routine in the past, saying she swims, practices yoga, and rides a stationary bike to stay fit. Additionally, she does a 40-minute gym circuit four times a week.
But she isn’t the only one in the family who practices discipline when it comes to working out. Husband Chris Hemsworth is no stranger to intense training when it comes to playing the Marvel Comics superhero, Thor.
In 2016, he told Men’s Health that he had to lose 13 kilograms and tone up for the role, doing things like ab circuits, which included exercises like hanging from a bar where he’d bring his knees up or move them side to side.
Hemsworth also incorporated a lot of boxing drills into his workouts. Maybe Pataky was there to give him a few tips.
