"I was a size 12 and now I am an 8 in jeans," the 28-year-old told OK magazine.
Elora previously shared on Instagram that she trains with popular workout program – involving 45 minutes of functional, circuit training – between two and five times a week.
"Well here I am, 4 kilos down, and a toned belly," she captioned a photo of herself. "Pants dropped to a size small because of my waist. Being mindful of my health has helped me get to where I am today. I feel like a new woman."
“Learn how your body works," she wrote on another post. "Everybody has different lifestyles. A page on Instagram cannot define one universal rule. Instead, get inspired. Try everything and see what works for you. I sometimes train 5 times a week, and the next week only 2. I can eat like no other but also forget to make time to eat for the next 15 hours."
Elora isn't the first Bachelor alumni to transform their body post-show, Sam Frost has lost an impressive 12kg after filming finished thanks to a workout regime of weights and HIIT.
"I was really, really proud of myself… I worked so hard and it’s not easy."
