Here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients

  • Coconut water
  • 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 frozen ripe banana 
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 2 Tbsp salted peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/2 Tbsp flaxseed meal

Method

  • Blend ingredients together and serve!
