The Australian government has officially forced gyms to close and health authorities are strongly encouraging the public to stay at home. But social distancing doesn't mean your physical and mental health has to take a hit.
Fortunately, Aussie actor and all-round legend Chris Hemsworth is offering six weeks of free access to his health and fitness program Centr.
WATCH Chris make the announcement below...
"Centr was founded to make health and happiness accessible to all, and I hope that this will make that access even easier during the current global health crisis," Hemsworth says.
"I think now more than ever is when we need to focus on what I believe to be the 3 key pillars to living healthier and happier – movement, nutrition, and mental fitness."
From March 23 to 31, new customers can sign up via Centr.com and then access the app's curated range of daily workout videos, meal plans, recipe collections, sleep visualisations and mindfulness exercises – fully customised to your goals, ability and personal taste.
Better yet, all of the advice comes from an A-list roster of wellness pros including Hollywood (and Kardashian) trainer Gunnar Peterson, Chris’s personal trainer Luke Zocchi, vegan bodybuilder Torre Washington, Elsa Pataky's yoga instructor Tahl Rinsky, and chef Dan Churchill.
