According to new research published in the journal Archives of Sexual Behaviour, those with full busts suffer colds and respiratory conditions for twice as long as members of the Itty Bitty Titty Committee.
For the study, 400 women were surveyed about their health over the past three years. While those with F-cups suffered colds, coughs or flu for an average of 8.3 days, women with AA-sized chests felt under the weather for 3.8 days in total.
"Breast size was positively related to respiratory infections,” the researchers confirmed.

So, what’s the science say?
Essentially, the fat in our breasts can weaken the immune system, making it more difficult for the body to fight respiratory infections. Leptin – a hormone found in fat cells also plays a part, as it “reduces the body’s ability to stave off illnesses in the first place.”
What’s more, a different study confirmed that women with larger chests are 56 times more likely to finish a course of antibiotics.
